Campfire Apple Crisp

6 apples, cored

Filling:
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon flour

Topping:
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup flour

 

Pack apples half full with filling, and then half with topping. Wrap in tin foil and bake 30 to 45 minutes on an open fire or grill, or bake in a baking dish for one hour at 400 degrees.
