Peach Salsa
2 cups chopped fresh peaches chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped*
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with grilled pork, chicken or fish.
